My Story
Some people find their calling, Maritza Cannone lived her way into hers.
With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, Maritza has spent her career close to the people who need care most. But it wasn't just the work that shaped her, it was what she witnessed along the way. Seeing how the elderly were being treated, and knowing they deserved so much better, lit a fire in her that she couldn't ignore.
In 2019, she founded PHHC LLC out of a simple but urgent truth: the need for genuine, compassionate elder care was real, and she was called to meet it. Not as a business opportunity, but as a purpose. Caring for those who can no longer care for themselves isn't just what Maritza does. It's who she is.
What makes Maritza different is how personally she takes that responsibility. Every client receives a custom care plan built around their individual needs, routines, and preferences, because she knows that real care can never be one-size-fits-all.
