📄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service Cancellations We understand that care needs can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled care visit, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled visit will not be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of that visit.

Refunds Any prepaid service fees will be refunded on a prorated basis for services not yet rendered, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
